After a number of years in business with a website that by and large was doing me little or no good, I began a search for a webmaster with the ability to improve my website image on the internet, in addition to increasing my search engine rankings. Hence I employed Tom Rumish. The result was amazing, within 30 days hits to my website increased 150% and hits converted to sales increased 2 times previous conversion rates. Additionally website hits and hits converted to sales continue to increase on a month to month basis.

Tom continues to work for his clients after there website is established by providing technical support and suggestions to further improve the performance of your website. As an example my business is commercial and residential property inspections and a large part of my business is home inspections. During the off season the need for home inspections is greatly reduced and with a decline in home sales that could be classified as a depression in home sales, the requests for home inspections by many of my competitors are zero. I would like to thank you for the wonderful work you have done for us on our web site. As you know our original site was done by us 10 years ago and we never changed a thing. It gave us a web presence but little else.

From the first day you stopped by to talk about redoing our web site you have been offering ideas on design, content and layout. Terry and I had some basic ideas on what we wanted but lacked the knowledge to put it together. When you came to us you already had a idea on what it takes to present a business such as ours. Tom was our first attempt at a website. It was quite an undertaking since we did not know anything about designing a website. Tom was incredibly patient, made suggestions and helped with rewrites and rewrites which he felt would help with search engines.

Our website is very easy to navigate. I use it myself to reach our vending manufacturer's web sites.  Our clients have commented that the website is attractive, informative and easy to use.   We are able track hits from the website and see what our prospective clients are interested in buying, which is a big help in determining the products that we offer.

Here at Creative Touch Carpentry, Inc., we were in desperate need of an up to date website that would explain who we are and begin to showcase some of our past work. We were looking for a cost effective way to do this, and to expose our company to new possible customers. We started a short “interview” process with a few website developers, and after meeting with Tom Rumish Website Developers (TRWD), it became quickly evident who we wanted to work with.

We had the honor of working with the owner and designer himself, Tom Rumish. We basically gave him our logo, some colors and some wording and he came up with a website that far exceeded any expectations that we may have had. Within a few days of signing a contract with TRWD, we had a temporary website online with our agreed template. I would say within two weeks Tom was ready to post our final product online and do the search engine submission. TRWD and one of the more expensive developers had talked about the search engine submission, the less expensive developers told me it wasn’t necessary. The more expensive developer offered the submission at an extra cost, TRWD was not only the most informative, but offered it for no extra cost with his proposal.

I will tell you here, that TRWD was not the cheapest company that we met with, but they were, by far, not the most expensive either. Up until working with Tom, our business was a successful “word of mouth” business. I have a notebook I take my phone calls notes in, and I would say every 10-15 pages are marked “found by internet search” calls. We are a rapidly growing company, because of our decision to go online and over all success. We are currently working with TRWD to continually update our website, and create new websites as our company continues grow and expand.
